First and foremost, we support First Nations people maintaining their cultural and spiritual links, and this cannot be achieved with continual destruction of the natural world. We must fight to protect our environment if we are going to have one at all.
Our Organisation
Protect Arnhem Land was founded in Maningrida, Arnhem Land. Our grassroots organisation now extends to include communities across the Northern Territory and concerned activists from around Australia. PAL fights to stop the destructive development of Arnhem’s unique and fragile environment.
